Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office)

Compensation: $175K–$205K + equity

What you will do

• Translate high-level concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade AI product solutions integrated with provider workflows and major healthcare systems.
• Work onsite at hospitals and clinics to understand provider pain points and rapidly iterate based on real-world clinical environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical stakeholders) to ship high-impact features that improve provider efficiency.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and impact to executive stakeholders (COOs, CSOs, CIOs) to drive adoption.
• Stay current with AI advancements (LLMs, autonomous agents, clinical NLP) and apply them to enhance provider workflows.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Experience shipping enterprise-grade products in complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to engage credibly with both technical teams and executive-level customers.
• Demonstrated ability to move fast and ship, not just plan.
• Customer-first mindset with hands-on user immersion.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR, practice management, or RCM products.
• Experience building AI-powered features and understanding ML shipping in a product context.
• Clinical domain knowledge (e.g., billing codes, FHIR, prior auth).
• Experience leading or mentoring other PMs.
