What you will do

• Build and launch new features and products from 0 to 1.
• Act as the product lead for cafeteria products, driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, support, and sales.
• Own and manage multiple customer integrations simultaneously.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on customer needs and business goals.
• Drive projects through the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and monitoring.
• Measure release success and iterate on the roadmap based on performance data.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience with at least one full product development cycle.
• Strong product sense and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Palo Alto, CA.
