Compensation: $175,000 – $205,000

What you will do

• Drive AI product features from discovery through delivery, including scoping, engineering alignment, and outcome tracking.
• Shape the next generation of provider-facing AI, focusing on ambient documentation and clinical workflow automation.
• Manage relationships with health system partners to ensure seamless product integration into customer environments.
• Translate technical constraints and API integrations into clear product direction for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct onsite user research with providers to identify pain points and validate solutions.
• Define and track success metrics and OKRs to prioritize the product roadmap ruthlessly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.
• Must be based in or able to work 3 days a week in the Mountain View, CA office.
• Technical fluency in APIs and integrations, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Strong fundamentals in discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder alignment.
• Structured approach to user research and ability to turn insights into prioritized action.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Clinical background or experience working directly alongside healthcare providers.
• Experience building consumer-facing products with a focus on end-user love.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs or cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML or ambient voice products.
