Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the originations product line end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
• Partner with AI engineers to define failure modes, evaluation criteria, and autonomy triggers.
• Project-manage post-sale implementations and drive customer adoption.
• Bridge the gap between field reality and the product roadmap.
• Lead product marketing, including positioning and demo narratives for the originations vertical.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)
• 4+ years of experience in product management, or equivalent experience as a founder or operator.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including writing prompts and reasoning about evaluations.
• Strong metrics habit and ability to use instrumentation to back product claims.
• Experience owning customer-facing outcomes and enterprise implementations.
• Exceptional persuasive writing skills for internal executive communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in mortgage, lending, or other regulated industries.
