What you will do

• Build editorial strategy and content calendar aligned with company narrative and key messages.
• Develop editorial themes around voice AI, enterprise AI, model development, and customer impact.
• Interview internal and external stakeholders to surface insights and mine stories.
• Write, edit, and produce executive posts, essays, customer stories, explainers, newsletters, and launch support.
• Create repeatable editorial formats that reinforce the company narrative over time.
• Collaborate with communications, product marketing, brand, design, video, and demand generation teams.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in editorial, content, journalism, or related field with complex technology focus.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality work on a demanding schedule with consistency.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats with clarity and substance.
• Strong interviewing skills to extract insights from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build editorial processes from the ground up.
• Must be located in the United States for remote work.

• Background in technology journalism or editorial covering startups, AI, or enterprise tech.
• Experience on in-house editorial teams at companies treating content as a product.
• Experience shaping company voice as founder, executive, or ghostwriter in technical environments.
