What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Field Enablement Content programs focused on AI-powered platform storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional enablement programs for product launches, new offerings, and release readiness.
• Develop role-based assets including playbooks, talk tracks, pitch materials, and technical labs.
• Design blended learning experiences using self-paced content, live virtual sessions, and hands-on practice.
• Manage accreditations, certifications, and validation programs to ensure field readiness.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations to maintain content accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in sales/technical enablement, L&D, or product marketing for B2B enterprise software.
• Ability to translate DevSecOps and AI concepts into clear, value-based messaging for field teams.
• Strong instructional design skills using frameworks like ADDIE or SAM.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating e-learning modules, guides, demos, and assessments.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
