What you will do
- Define and scale the distinctive brand voice and editorial standards across campaigns and digital touchpoints.
- Lead end-to-end creative campaign messaging from conceptualization to execution.
- Write and optimize high-impact web content to simplify complex HR topics and drive conversion.
- Develop reusable content frameworks and modular systems for scalable global use.
- Leverage AI to enhance editorial speed and consistency while maintaining high human creative standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design to translate complex topics into engaging narratives.
Requirements
- English: C1+ (Standardized language for all operations).
- Proven experience in brand and marketing content writing, specifically for creative campaigns and websites.
- Strong editorial judgment and narrative structure skills.
- Deep understanding of content performance and conversion principles.
- Experience or strong interest in HR tech, SaaS, or global employment industries.
- Clear, demonstrated perspective on using AI as an enhancement tool in content creation.

- Experience in scaling content for high-growth SaaS or Fintech environments.
