What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end editorial workflows for journalism, events, video, and podcasts.
• Implement and manage AI-assisted content workflows, including automation for research, drafting, and metadata enrichment.
• Build a centralized editorial knowledge infrastructure for asset management and discoverability.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define requirements for editorial tools and platform enhancements.
• Establish data standards and reporting systems to monitor operational performance and productivity.
• Ensure seamless content distribution across website, social, and newsletter channels.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in editorial, content, or product operations.
• Proven track record of designing and improving operational workflows in media or technology organizations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across editorial and technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and content infrastructure.
• Understanding of APIs and workflow automation tools.
