What you will do

• Shape the strategic direction of the education platform and the overall learner experience.
• Design and build exercise-first courses, interactive labs, and tutorials as the core of the learning journey.
• Produce high-quality video education content, ranging from long-form walkthroughs to short "aha moment" clips.
• Develop reference implementations and hands-on content for durable AI agents and reliable AI systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to transform customer needs into scalable educational assets.
• Collect and analyze developer feedback to refine the education strategy and influence product direction.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with the ability to write production-quality code in Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or .NET.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including state management, fault tolerance, and concurrency.
• Proven experience creating high-quality technical education content (workshops, courses, documentation) for developers.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience operating as a senior IC, taking full ownership of projects with minimal direction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, events, and team offsites.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other workflow orchestration systems.
• Background in Developer Relations (DevRel) or technical enablement.
• Contributions to open source projects, particularly in developer tooling or distributed systems.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents at scale.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or building education platforms.
