Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: In-person at the NYC headquarters in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $150K–$200K per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate technical talent.
• Partner with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to clarify hiring needs and deliver precise recruiting outcomes.
• Build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines for Engineering and Product teams.
• Improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering and/or product roles across individual contributor and leadership levels.
• Experience using creative sourcing techniques and personalized approaches to engage passive technical talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering across organizational levels.
• Experience delivering a high-touch candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a record of exceeding recruiting goals and KPIs.
• Ability to work in person at the NYC headquarters.
