Recruiter (AI/Healthcare)

Salary: $170,000–$199,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own recruiting searches end-to-end, from intake and profile definition through sourcing, interviews, offers, and close.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines for technical and other roles rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants or agencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify profiles, use market feedback, and keep searches moving through ambiguity.
• Monitor pipeline health, identify gaps early, and take corrective action.
• Build toward an average of 2–3 hires per month while maintaining candidate quality.
• Improve sourcing, interviewing, closing, and recruiting team processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for software and technology companies, especially in competitive technical markets.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Experience owning searches through intake, sourcing, candidate management, hiring manager partnership, offer, and close.
• High ownership, accountability, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly.
• Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
