Internal Recruiter (AI)

Location: Fully onsite in the San Francisco office near Embarcadero station, United States

Base salary: $150K–$250K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, coordination, recruiting, and closing.
• Design and improve the hiring process and candidate experience from initial outreach through offers.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and daily recruiting operations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pipelines across multiple functions.
• Build teams from scratch and define recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the executive team on strategic talent management and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of scaling strong technical teams.
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Kind, emotionally aware, action-oriented, and committed to candidate and employee wellbeing.
• Willingness to work fully in person from the San Francisco office.
