Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple engineering and research pipelines, from initial outreach through signed offer.
• Develop deeply targeted sourcing strategies for exceptional engineers, researchers, and designers.
• Design and improve interview processes for candidates and interviewers.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and manage offer extensions, negotiations, closing, and offer letters.
• Partner with senior leaders on hiring decisions and team composition across the US.
• Build trusted relationships across hirify.global and help assess candidates' motivations, judgment, and collaboration style.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Strong commitment to candidate experience and high-quality interview processes.
• Creative use of AI to work more effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
