Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office in Montréal, Canada)

What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner for VPs and C-level stakeholders to achieve strategic plans.
• Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
• Manage the P&L by analyzing financial results and driving cost optimization.
• Prepare and present financial deliverables to the C-suite.
• Develop and implement financial policies to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.
• Partner with the business to identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
• Proven experience in P&L management and reporting.
• Experience as a finance business partner for senior leadership.
• Fluency in English is required for communication within a global company.
