What you will do

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of implementation projects.
• Analyze and verify operational needs to align with clients' business objectives and goals.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Research, isolate, diagnose, and resolve problems for customer change events.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues are resolved.
• Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results.
