What you will do

• Diagnose transportation network challenges and translate operational gaps into effective solution designs.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for freight management, carrier integrations, and multi-modal transportation.
• Develop detailed implementation plans to keep internal teams and customers aligned.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, including API payloads, system logs, and custom rules.
• Provide feedback to the product team to influence the TMS development roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be located in Jacksonville, FL.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation management, logistics operations, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms, freight visibility tools, EDI connectivity, and carrier integrations.
• Technical proficiency in reading system logs, interpreting API payloads, and working with FreeMarker templates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations independently.
• Ability to travel 30% or more.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Working knowledge of ERP supply chain software, specifically NetSuite.
• Project Management experience using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
