What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through coaching and career planning.
  • Guide architectural and design decisions to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
  • Own delivery commitments, managing roadmaps, capacity, and priorities aligned with business goals.
  • Promote engineering excellence, secure coding practices, and operational rigor.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools and best practices to improve development velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, Security, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
