• Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 6 software engineers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects or teams.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Scala and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
