What you will do

• Oversee all project aspects to ensure completion on-time and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate resource needs and manage internal staffing and outside vendors.
• Prepare status reports for upper management and track critical milestones.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential concerns, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of experience directing work in a project management capacity.
• Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient computer skills and effective written and verbal communication.
