What you will do

• Evaluate and analyze applicant financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise and educate clients on mortgage products and the application process.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting necessary documentation.
• Operate within the Loan Origination System, CRM, and other required software.
• Communicate constantly with prospects, applicants, and third-party vendors.
• Act as a Branch Manager or Qualified Individual for the Missouri location.

Requirements

• Must be a current Missouri resident
• Active NMLS license or ability to reactivate
• Passed the SAFE exam
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience
• Ability to qualify for state mortgage licenses within 45 days
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
