What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, ensuring full compliance.
• Convert hirify.global-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, hirify.global Preferred Agents, and local partners.
• Manage an active loan pipeline using CRM and LOS tools to meet productivity metrics and funding expectations.
• Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure efficient loan movement.
• Stay current on lending programs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator license or experience as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.
• Successful completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Must be located within 75 miles of the Atlanta, GA branch.
• Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage process.
