What you will do

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations promptly
• Collect borrower information and assist with completing loan applications accurately
• Send documentation requests and maintain follow-up until files are complete
• Review and organize borrower documents before pre-approval submission
• Provide updates to referral partners during early loan stages
• Manage the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications
• Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM system

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
