What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and hirify.global Preferred Agents or local partners.
• Manage an active loan pipeline while meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage hirify.global’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• Must be physically located in and work hybrid from the Plano, TX office.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator license or Loan Originator under a federal bank license.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Strong client service orientation, consultative sales skills, and understanding of mortgage process.
• Proficiency with CRM, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Office products.
