Mortgage Loan Officer (Plano, TX)

Location: Hybrid role based in the hirify.global office in Plano, Texas; employees must live within reasonable commuting distance and work in the office approximately 80–100% of each month.

What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while meeting compliance requirements.
• Convert hirify.global-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with borrowers, hirify.global Preferred Agents, and local partners where applicable.
• Manage an active loan pipeline against service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Use hirify.global’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to manage customer engagement and pipeline health.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Physically located in and working hybrid from the Plano, Texas office.
• At least 3 years of mortgage origination experience, especially with purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator state licenses or experience originating loans under a federal bank license.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test with Uniform State Content.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, organization, pipeline management, CRM, loan origination system, and Microsoft Office skills.

• Transferable skills or related experience from a non-traditional background.
