What you will do

• Perform routine repairs in restroom facilities and clear drains.
• Conduct general labor tasks including material handling and debris removal.
• Maintain and replace door hardware, furniture, and basic equipment room components.
• Replace lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and the leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols including OSHA, NEC, and NFPA regulations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• 1-2 years of on-the-job training or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
• Ability to read and write English to understand manuals and procedures
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
