What you will do

• Lead the Engineering team and oversee all building maintenance, repair, and operations.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while monitoring energy usage for efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate engineering staff, developing performance goals and development plans.
• Prepare budgets and manage inventory, purchasing, and contractor work.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA regulations and manage safety protocols.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 10 years of industry-related experience or commensurate certification.
• At least 5 years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience.
• Possession of required engineering and trade licenses according to local, state, or national requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems.
• Ability to work on-site during standard business hours, including after hours, weekends, and holidays for emergencies.
