What you will do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical equipment, including chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance routines according to company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect engine rooms, fire pumps, and emergency systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
• Document and report all maintenance activities to property management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing and crouching.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Graduate of an apprentice program or trade school.
• Appropriate trade licenses (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician, High Pressure Boiler License).
• Universal Technician certification for CFCs.
