What you will do

• Partner with Appian product teams and customers to generate specific application requirements.
• Define the minimum viable product (MVP) and supporting release plans.
• Conduct discovery workshops, data modeling, and process reengineering analysis.
• Author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects and Product Managers to prioritize feature enablers in the roadmap.
• Manage risks and identify process improvement opportunities using tools like Jira, TFS, and Github.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and refining requirements for information systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area.
• Experience with Agile user stories, use cases, and process modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of hands-on Appian solution implementation experience.
• Active TS clearance.
