What you will do

• Analyze business processes and translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops to document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create process models, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-12+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation.
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story development.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
