What you will do

• Manage standard queries, reports, and data-tool requests from intake through completion.
• Lead data pulls and validation for Wealth Management client lists to ensure accuracy for communications.
• Coordinate third-party vendor data requests and project tasks, monitoring timelines and escalating risks.
• Maintain standard process documentation and the approved query and report library.
• Oversee client communication processes, including mailings and e-delivery support.
• Provide guidance to staff on reporting tools, data-analysis practices, and approved AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in stock brokerage operations or a related operations environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and the ability to run basic queries and reports.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must be able to work on-site in Great Falls, MT.
