What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product usage, customer outcomes, and internal operations.
• Gather and analyze datasets using SQL and Python to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Produce weekly data summaries and reports to assist senior leadership in decision-making.
• Analyze KPIs across business functions to identify opportunities for operational or financial optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience writing basic SQL queries and using scripting languages like Python or R.
• Proficiency in building dashboards with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven visualizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA, five days a week.
