What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of Medical Education programs for Vascular product lines.
• Collaborate with product teams to align education with clinical messaging and marketing strategy.
• Create agendas, content, and coordinate logistics for CE programs, workshops, and case observations.
• Ensure all programs comply with FDA, legal, regulatory, and HCC policies.
• Analyze program metrics and attendee feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentor and guide Medical Education Coordinators and Specialists in professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 60% or more, including weekends.
