Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Partner with Course Architects to design and develop hands-on labs that complement training objectives.
• Create proof of concept labs using Ansible playbooks to automate deployment and configuration.
• Deploy and maintain lab environments within AWS and OpenStack cloud platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Capture the Flag (CTF) products, including scheduling and delivery.
• Provide technical support to instructors and participants during training sessions.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure lab functionality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
• Experience with automated infrastructure and configuration technologies like Ansible or Terraform.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively with clients.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 10-25% of the time.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice to have

• Experience in security assessments for Fortune 1000 or Federal Government clients.
• Background in administering, attacking, or defending Windows/Active Directory, Linux, or macOS.
• Experience in technical writing or developing technical training.
• Public community contributions such as blog posts, white papers, or conference presentations.
