What you will do

• Build and maintain learning paths, onboarding programs, certifications, and AI simulations to accelerate user proficiency.
• Optimize the educational content ecosystem, including product documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Partner with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Engineering to govern and update educational resources.
• Manage certification programs and assessments to ensure learner readiness as products evolve.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to scale the creation and curation of educational content.
• Track learner engagement and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement of onboarding effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, instructional design, technical training, or knowledge management.
• Proven success building and scaling learning programs that improved product adoption or customer outcomes.
• Experience working with cybersecurity products and familiarity with domain-specific concepts and workflows.
• Strong skills in content operations and establishing governance practices for scalable documentation.
• Proficiency with LMS, knowledge management platforms, and modern AI-powered productivity tools.
• Excellent writing and information architecture skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
