What you will do

• Lead manufacturing, hardware operations, production planning, procurement, logistics, and field service activities.
• Establish an effective operating cadence, including KPI reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Canadian Leadership Team.
• Drive cross-functional process improvement and organizational change to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee facilities and workplace operations to ensure a safe and scalable working environment.
• Manage operational budgets, cost initiatives, and capacity planning to drive productivity.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer commitments across all products, projects, and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a technology, hardware manufacturing, or engineering environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational systems and leading organizational change.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational metrics.
• Must be located in or able to work from Port Coquitlam, BC.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in electronics or high-technology hardware assembly.
