Salary: $76,000–$90,000 CAD per year.

What you will do
- Supervise material control professionals and manage inventory flow from receipt through transfer of finished products to customers.
- Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving controls in line with corporate policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory, demand, revenue, and work-in-progress data; report findings and recommend improvements.
- Monitor material delivery against production build plans and provide inventory-level and work-in-progress KPIs.
- Develop and implement inventory-reduction processes using lean manufacturing concepts.
- Oversee cycle counts, year-end work-in-progress counts, safe inventory storage, scrap material, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Operations Management.
- Leadership and supervisory experience with a materials team in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 years of experience using MRP and ERP systems.
- Experience in a master scheduling role is an asset.
- Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program and obtain and maintain a positive security assessment.
- Some positions may require Government of Canada Reliability status or Level 2 Secret security clearance.
Nice to have
- CPIM certification through APICS or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in master scheduling.
