What you will do

• Design, develop, and test integrated systems for advanced electronics manufacturing, packaging, and assembly.
• Bring technologies such as Optoelectronics, MEMS, and Microelectronics packaging to commercial readiness.
• Establish operation sequences to fabricate parts and promote efficient utilization of production resources.
• Conduct process technology synthesis, design, quality control, calibration, and capability analysis.
• Translate customer requirements into technical proposals and communicate them to the delivery team.
• Perform reliability and environmental testing, including ThermoCycling, HAST, and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a process or product engineer position.
• Experience in process development, equipment qualification, and executing validation plans.
• Proficiency in developing risk management documentation, including PFMEA, SOP, MPI, and manufacturing layouts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Minitab, Agile, and electronics assembly tools (e.g., ASMPT DEK, Panasonic, Siplace).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
