Salary: $81,600 - $122,400 (USD)

What you will do

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assembly of cardiovascular combination products.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce production scrap.
• Investigate and disposition nonconforming product.
• Inspect machinery/equipment/tools performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes using statistical process control.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with minimum 0 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in-person in Fridley, MN.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently within a reasonable commuting distance.
• U.S. work authorization required at time of hire and for duration of employment (sponsorship is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above).

Nice to have

• Operations/manufacturing experience and desire to improve existing processes.
• Problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC) and ability to lead problem-solving teams.
• Experience reporting out to leadership with strong written and verbal communication.
• Statistical software experience (JMP, Minitab).
