Salary: $105,000 - $162,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Marmot, the proprietary AI engine, integrating Komodo's data into healthcare organizations.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing technical resource for requirements gathering and hands-on data deliveries.
• Orchestrate collaboration between Sales, Delivery, Support, and Product teams to align technical roadmaps.
• Establish a source of truth for projects through detailed technical documentation and roadmap tracking.
• Identify functional gaps and design technical bridges to improve data and workflow experiences.
• Facilitate compliance and data conversations with Legal and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL, database schemas, and data architecture concepts.
• Proficiency in core AI/ML concepts and experience using generative AI tools for productivity.
• Operational understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, Snowflake, and API technologies.
• Hands-on experience automating data pipelines using Snowflake Tasks, Airflow, or scripting languages.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in cross-functional technical communication with stakeholders from engineers to CEOs.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or equivalent technical experience.
