Salary: $134,390 - $201,300 per annum

What you will do

• Integrate internal and external IP blocks at the chip level within the SOC Integration team.
• Take ownership of SoC design from initial stages to completion, including floorplanning and interconnection of IP blocks.
• Drive timing closure, perform static checks, and assist with subsystem and chip-level verification.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (architecture, physical design, DFT, packaging) to achieve high-quality tape-outs.
• Lead design and deliver micro-architectural specifications for internally developed processor IP blocks.
• Utilize EDA tools for functional simulations, gate-level simulations, and CDC at the chip level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering (5+ years experience) or Master's/PhD (3+ years experience).
• Proven experience in taping out complex SoCs and performing post-silicon debug.
• Strong RTL design skills in SystemVerilog.
• Hands-on experience with SoC integration, clock/reset design, CDC, and timing constraints.
• Familiarity with ARM protocols (APB, AHB, AXI, CHI) and NOC architectures.
• Eligibility to access technology/software subject to U.S. export control laws (EAR).

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.
