What you will do

• Lead integrated execution of hardware development, manufacturing, and deployment readiness across multiple programs.
• Serve as the primary operational interface between Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customers.
• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with schedules, quality expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee Industrial Engineering and deployment readiness functions to drive manufacturing efficiency and process improvements.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor forecasts, and resource allocation to meet cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and technical professionals to build a high-performing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hardware development, manufacturing, or defense/aerospace environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and government contracting environments (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and operational performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
• Experience within simulation and training systems industries.
