What you will do

• Develop and manage program schedules and budgets using key manufacturing metrics and financial practices.
• Report project status to internal stakeholders and customers through technical and program reviews.
• Manage subcontracts, purchasing, and program resource planning.
• Interface with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and Quality Assurance organizations.
• Track and maintain program action items and risks using program management tools.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities and utilize Oracle-based ERP tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
• Experience in project management, manufacturing operations, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is strictly required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
