Salary: $80,500 - $123,000

What you will do

• Support day-to-day execution of Directed Energy and tracking system programs across development, integration, and fielding.
• Assist with schedule management, risk mitigation, cost monitoring, and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, production, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Support planning and execution of customer demonstrations, training exercises, and operational field events.
• Manage program documentation including CDRLs, technical reports, test plans, and configuration records.
• Interface directly with government stakeholders including Army, Navy, and Air Force representatives.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI preferred).
• 5+ years of experience supporting defense, aerospace, or advanced technology programs.
• Familiarity with program management processes, schedule management, and customer reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 25-40% for test events and customer demonstrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Understanding of DoD acquisition, FAR-based contracts, or OTA environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Prior experience working with military ranges and operational exercises.
