What you will do

• Lead the Rhythm of Business and management operating system for Blue Operations.
• Design and govern systems, processes, and reporting cadences for Operations leadership.
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resource gaps, and dependencies across the organization.
• Partner with Vice Presidents and senior leaders to align operations strategy with company goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to export control regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or operations management.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or finance.
• Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
