What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of hirify.global products for financial services clients.
• Translate complex client needs into functional design documents and technical requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Configure product settings, user interfaces, and branding to meet client specifications.
• Project manage the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, risk management, and securing sign-offs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial engagement through go-live.
• Collaborate internally to influence product priorities based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience with full-lifecycle SaaS or package software implementations.
• Proven track record of project managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in writing clear technical specifications and business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with technical configuration and working knowledge of JSON and APIs.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Banking or finance industry experience.
• Working knowledge of Velocity.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Green Belt.
