Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across all functions and levels, acting as a talent partner to leadership.
• Execute global hiring strategies across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent via LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Define hiring standards, structure interview panels, and manage offer negotiations.
• Modernize the recruiting stack by integrating AI-powered tools for sourcing and screening.
• Launch and lead the company's university recruiting program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of hiring across GTM, R&D, and G&A functions.
• Experience recruiting in both US and international markets (EMEA/APAC).
• Strong point of view on modern recruiting tools and AI integration.
• Elite sourcing skills with a history of placing hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to influence senior hiring managers and work independently on a lean team.
