What you will do

• Lead social performance reporting for priority business content across PlayStation channels.
• Conduct real-time social listening and sentiment analysis to understand audience conversations and emerging themes.
• Build analytical models and refine reporting frameworks to generate predictive insights.
• Synthesize complex datasets into clear narratives, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries.
• Develop and refine AI-assisted workflows to increase reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and PlayStation Studios to optimize communication strategies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, audience insights, or communications measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Expertise in social media analytics (Emplifi, Sprinklr, Sprout) and listening tools (NetBase, Meltwater, Brandwatch).
• Strong familiarity with console/PC gaming, gaming culture, and the interactive entertainment landscape.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Mateo, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
