What you will do

• Deliver actionable, business-impacting insights based on game features and mechanics.
• Develop business cases and support narratives using data storytelling and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
• Bridge the gap between data and business teams (Product, Marketing, Commercial) to translate needs into technical projects.
• Create tailored reports, visualizations, and charts for various stakeholders.
• Lead the exploration of new measurement methods to identify causal relationships and patterns.
• Build scalable self-service tools and act as a subject matter expert to coach other analysts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading insight delivery across Product, Commercial, and Marketing functions.
• Profound knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in data modeling and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong communication skills to make complex insights actionable for business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage shifting priorities.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (Novato, CA).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data science languages such as Python or R.
