What you will do

• Build and scale data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support portfolio, pricing, and resource planning.
• Develop and execute the Finance AI Strategic Roadmap by identifying use cases and embedding AI-enabled insights into finance processes.
• Identify drivers of margin, utilization, and project performance to recommend actionable improvements.
• Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to translate complex data into strategic business decisions.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and presentations for Finance leadership and the ELT.
• Support strategic initiatives including profitability improvement, price leverage analysis, and global scaling efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or FP&A decision support.
• Strong experience with Power BI and building scalable data models.
• Deep understanding of project-based business models and financial performance drivers (P&L, margin, utilization).
• Proven ability to own analytics workstreams end-to-end, including data engineering and big data integration.
• Experience developing and executing an AI/ML roadmap for finance applications.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx.
• Experience with ERP/project systems such as Deltek Costpoint or CRM.
• Exposure to predictive analytics applied to finance or operations.
