What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Manage technical onboarding and implementation, serving as the primary executive and engineering contact for customers.
• Drive commercial growth by carrying a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account expansion.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives.
• Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFPs and sandbox provisioning.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills for bridging technical details and C-suite strategy.
• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global's AI stack (Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for writing custom integration scripts and API connectors.
