What you will do

• Oversee daily nursing and lab operations within opioid treatment programs.
• Administer methadone and assess patient dosing appropriateness.
• Maintain medication inventory and patient dosing records.
• Supervise and train nursing and lab staff, including phlebotomy teams.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and community providers.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.

Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Woodbury, Minneapolis, or Brooklyn Park, MN.
